As Founder and Managing Director, Dr Aditi Datta oversees the development and implementation of Biosite’s scientific and strategic direction, providing the focus to drive its growth and to meet its goal to become the CRO of choice for Emerging Biopharma companies.
Over her seven years in the role at Biosite Research the company has defined and expanded its leading CRO market position, culminating expansion in EU & UK and South East Asia. Throughout her career, Aditi has been responsible for scientific and medical expertise, designing and leading operational growth, identifying and integrating new technologies, processes and services. She brings a team-oriented approach to leadership, with an extensive mix of operational and scientific expertise, and a keen focus on innovation. With proven leadership in organizational change, team development, and process creation, Aditi supports globally-dispersed teams adept in management and problem solving to produce quality deliverables for sponsors as well as achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Dr Aditi holds a Graduate degree in Dental surgery and certification in immunology from Harvard Medical School. She worked several years in drug development for various products, leading clinical research programmes at national and international level.

Priya is focused on the Indian & Global Business Development and quality delivery of clinical operations globally. With experience in project management, Priya defines and develops his teams to meet the demands of today’s clinical research environment. Applying his vast experience in project management, technology and regulatory requirements for Phase I-IV trials. Priya also partners with the Biosite’s leadership team to select and implement technology to enable the success of the company. Priya has focused his career on building teams and processes that bridge the scientific, technical, and business needs of clinical trials. He holds a degree in Masters in Business Administration (Finance & Marketing).

Dr Kishore research interest is in Cancers of Non small cell Lung carcinoma and Breast Carcinoma. He currently serves as a director Delhi State Cancer Institute (DSCI), Delhi. His past positions include-Dean, Maulana Azad Medical College and Director G B Pant Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research. Dr Kishore has studied and published cancer patient’s clinical trial data on. His vast experience as principal investigator in oncology clinical trials makes him a very important key opinion leader in the field of oncology. He is a member of National Academy of Medical Sciences. He was awarded fellowship of Indian College of Radiation Oncologists in 2015. He was also elected Editor in Chief of Journal of Cancer Research and Therapeutics in 2016. In addition he was conferred State Award to recognise work of distinction for exceptional achievements/service in the field of specialisation (Radiotherapy). He holds MBBS, MD (Radiotherapy) from Sardar Patel Medical College, Bikaner, India and has been practising as oncologist for the last 32 Years.

Dr. Varun Bafna has completed MBBS from Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Medical College (BJMC) & Sassoon General Hospital, Pune. He has done DNB in Internal Medicine & Critical care from RCSM & GMC Kolhapur and also holds a DNB in Hematology & Hemato-oncology from Mazumdar Shaw Centre, Narayana Hospital, Bangalore. Dr. Varun has expertise in managing & treating benign Haematology and Hemato-oncology patients. He is specialised in Bone Marrow Transplants. He treats patients with haematological (Blood) disorders like Anaemia, low platelets, abnormal WBC, Pancytopenia like Aplastic Anaemia, Thalassemia, Sickle cell anaemia, bleeding disorders like Hemophilia, Von- Willebrand disease, Thrombotic disorders like Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), CVST, Pulmonary Thromboembolism, etc. BLOOD CANCERS like Leukaemia, Lymphoma, Multiple myeloma, MDS, MPN, Polycythemia Vera, etc and Immunodeficiency disorders. Currently, he is performing autologous and allogeneic transplants for various disorders and also efficiently manages post-transplant complications and long term effects of treatment of cancers. He is a member of The America Society of Hematology (ASH), European Society of Haematology (EHA), Indian Society of Hematology and Blood transfusion (ISHBT), API. He pioneered the convalescent Plasma therapy for Covid-19 patients in Maharashtra. He is an investigator and co-investigator for many clinical trials.
